I am a PhD Economist specialised in the use of applied statistical and econometric techniques. I am interested in any topics related to labor, public or education economics, which can be analyzed through the lense of data analytics. In most of my work/projects, I use granular adminstrative or survey data as well as advanced statistical and econometric techniques to answer socio-economic questions.

Studying the duration dependence phenomenon in the labor market, i.e. the effect of elapsed unemployment duration on job finding. Analysing duration's effect on job seekers' (e.g. workers' discouragement) and firms' (e.g. discrimination towards long-term unemployed) behaviors, accounting for dynamic selection.
